Variable frequency products

I2R Electronics provides a complete portfolio of light weight DDS based airborne source modules qualified to MIL-STD-883. The ultra low phase noise product line achieves a competitive -120dBc/Hz phase noise level at 100KHz offset at an output frequency of 20GHz. Base source performance can be tailored to address operational bandwidths from 1 to 40GHz; wideband FM up to 500MHz peak deviation at modulation rates beyond 10MHz and switching speed to below 1 µs. All units are rigorously qualified and undergo 100% automated spurious test to ensure compliance at all frequency set points and environmental conditions. I²R Electronics custom in-house HMIC process provides customers with the capability to extend operational temperature ranges to meet the most demanding applications.

New! Platform configurable sources

I²R Electronics has introduced a line of RF Sources covering key radar frequency bands that can be easily configured or reconfigured. Quickly configurable to any 200MHz frequency range in S-, C-, and X-band, these units can be ordered in advance and frequencies finalized at a later date. These low phase noise DDS-based units provide fast frequency switching and a high resolution of 1Hz.
