Best Phase Noise Performance
I2R Electronics's fixed frequency microwave source employ a proprietary temperature stabilized dielectric resonator design which ensures low susceptibility to mechanical vibration and phase noise of -145dBc /Hz over wide operational temperature range -40°C to +85°C . Both free running and phase locked versions of the source are available over the frequency range 6GHz to 18GHz. Units are compliant to MIL-STD 883 and leverage I2R Electronics proprietary in house HMIC process to enhance reliability.
