Utilizing Electronics-developed GaN Technology
I2R Electronics uses the latest device platforms to make state of the art amplifiers for various applications. Our Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA) use internally developed Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices for the best combination of cost and performance. Linearization is incorporated where needed for complex modulation systems. Other products use Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) or LDMOS where appropriate. Low noise amplifiers (LNA) use these and other technologies such as Indium Phosphide and cryogenic techniques to provide leading edge performance for noise and overload tolerance. Other special purpose amplifiers, such a limiters are also available.
