Subsystem integration and verification
Our team of highly skilled technicians, many with greater than 20 year’s experience, assemble the modules into housings and tune the performance to specific requirements. Often modules are bolted together and can include custom waveguide components, CCAs, housings, MHMIC modules, heat sinks, harnesses and connectors to provide the needed functionality. After integration and hermetic sealing, assemblies undergo stringent Acceptance Testing that includes performance over temperature and environmental screening. These modules are then packed into purpose-designed crates or boxes to ensure safe delivery to our customers.
