Critical systems often need to be qualified to industry specific or military standards. I2R regularly qualifies its designs to the requirement of MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and Class K (space) and of DO-160. I2R uses in-house vibration and repetitive shock testing equipment, and thermal chambers outfitted to provide full in-situ testing from -55°C to 125°C. We also have the ability to provide HASS/HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Testing/Screening) to our units as required. Other quality, safety, and reliability testing is available upon customer request. The result is thousands of mission-critical products which are used in commercial and military aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, cryogenic applications and other challenging environments around the world.
