Custom housing design and strict conformity to the customers’ space requirements require highly flexible machining to provide the necessary RF characteristics and to meet weight and thermal requirements. I2R Electronics has 5 and 6-axis Matsuura CNC milling machines, wire electrical discharge machining and CNC lathes. I2R brings this capability in-house to speed production and to control these essential elements of quality.
